Brother Lomer Hope De La Cruz (Born November 26,'65)and his wife, Grace (born July 14,'66), have been in Cambodia since 1997.  They have helped start Liberty Bible Baptist Church of BKK in 1997, Liberty Bible Baptist Church of Dangkao in 1999, and Liberty Bible Baptist Church of Cham Chao in 2000.  They have three children, Hopen Grace (Penny) born March 4, '90; Lou Gershom, born April 23, 2000; and Hue Gaius, born April 10, 2001.  Their anniversary is September 18.
