The Pulmones Family has been in Cambodia since 1998.  During that time, they have started the Sihanoukville Bible Baptist Church of Kampong Som (2000), and also minister thru medical outreach and english and computer classes.  Noe was born July 16, 1968, and his wife, Grace, was born September 19, 1967.  Their anniversary is November 23.  Their children are:
