What Services We Do Not Provide We offer some customization services for web pages, but we cannot do the following: Flash usage.  Macromedia Flash would incur additional time and effort on our part, and thusly would cost you (the consumer) a much higher rate.  We refrain from using usage of Flash to keep your costs down. (We may offer some Flash services in the near future.) Free allotted maintenance on web pages modified by client.  If a client makes custom modifications to a web page, we cannot continue 'free' maintenance on that page.  That means, if a client adds code to a page that breaks its functionality, we charge our standard quarter-hour fee for maintenance from that point on. Over 20 web pages for a web site.  Bigwebpages.com, the web host, has currently limited us to only 20 pages per website. Web design for distribution to other hosting services (outside of bigwebpages.com).  We have a specific contract with Big Web Pages, and the tools provided by our affiliate will only work with Big Web Pages. Yes, we have restrictions, but they are put in force to keep the cost to you, our consumers, down.
